Visiting the zendo every Sunday has become a cherished part of my life. From the moment I step into the beautiful garden, I’m filled with gratitude for the serene environment and the dedication of those who maintain it. The rituals—vows, chanting, and more—rekindle my appreciation for my cultural roots and instill a deep sense of mindfulness.
Meditation is an ongoing challenge for me, as my mind often wanders. Yet, the sounds of water and birds gently bring me back to the present, teaching me to embrace each imperfect moment. This practice has influenced me so much that I now seek out zendo wherever I travel, always looking for a space to reconnect.
I encourage everyone to let go of self-judgment when their minds drift and to appreciate the mindful moments we share. Thanks to all who make this journey possible. Your efforts inspire us to bring more peace into our lives and the world.
